5-part ONLINE Meditation SERIES
During this five week course, we will be focusing on a different method of meditation to let you experience each type of practice. The methods include: Visualization Meditation, Mindfulness Meditation, Mantra Meditation, Breathing Meditation and Silent Meditation. I'll provide you with a download, that will give you all of the details you need about meditation; what it is, how to do it and what benefits you can expect from from a regular practice. I'll also give you a printable daily journal to record the time, the length and the type of practice that you did that day. It will include space to write down what you experienced in that session.
I will also provide you with an audio recording that will guide you through a different type of meditation each week. By the end of this course, you'll have a deeper understanding of what meditation is, what it feels like, and what type of practice works best for you. You can stick with one practice for as long as you like, or you can continue to explore the different methods and recordings.
